Our NBN Modem Battery comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you experience any issues with your battery within this period, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

We offer free express shipping on all orders within Australia. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days via Australia Post, and delivery times are usually 1-2 business days for metro areas and 3-5 business days for rural areas.

If you are not satisfied with your NBN Modem Battery, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We offer a full refund or exchange for any unused and unopened product, as long as it is returned in its original packaging. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we offer a recycling program for old NBN Modem Batteries. When you purchase a new battery from us, we will send you a post bag in the express post bag where you can put your old battery and send it back to us for proper disposal.
