Returns, Refunds & Warranty

We provide a 30-day return policy on all faulty products, from the date in which the product arrives to you. We do also provide extended (1) year warranties on some products, this warranty excludes batteries.

Costs to send back faulty product will be reimbursed if found to be faulty, upon inspection, if the product appears to not have any issues we will ship it back at your cost and we will not be able to reimburse for the initial shipping.

If you would not like a replacement for your faulty product, we can offer store credit.

For return address, please contact: nbnbatterystore@gmail.com including the following:

- Full name on the order & shipping address

- Order number

- Description of the fault for troubleshooting

- Any relevant photos

- Instructions on how you would like the issue resolved

For returns, we suggest you obtain a tracking number for the item as we will not be responsible if the item is lost in transit.

Once the product is diagnosed as faulty we will issue your replacement or store credit, replacement will be shipped at our cost and will take (5-7) working days to arrive.

Simple troubleshooting of your product before return:

Most of our cases, a fault is due to incorrect battery replacement or faulty batteries:

  • Re-insert batteries and try again
  • Double check you are using the correct batteries and quantity
  • Try new batteries, the batteries used may be depleted
  • Make sure there is no moisture on or around the battery
